Client privacy is central to the care delivered to the individual by treatment providers that use our products and services. Clients entrust us with their confidential health and other information. It is both our duty and our responsibility to maintain that trust by handling confidential information with care. We must comply with federal and state laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996.

We are dedicated to fostering a culture of ethical behavior and integrity in all matters related to individual privacy and compliance with HIPAA. We readily provide information and tools to support user orgainzations in their efforts to ensure the privacy and security of client health information. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of health information on paper, in our computers, and in verbal communications.
